So what is the McWorkout. Simply, it is what I have come to call the 20 minute workout sessions that I have been doing with people for over 3 years. Does it sound too good to be true? Well yes, and no. For 3 years I have been trying to be honest about what the workout can do for people. For some, it works well, but for most it seems to be providing a fraction of what people really need from exercise.
Me blogging isn't about the exercise per se, but the people who come to do it. I also want to include the day in the life of a trainer doing this kind of training. This is so different than a traditional trainer. It is more like a revolving door of neurotic behavior and excuses, peppered with type A personalities. Let us not forget the characters that I work with.
